Awards presented at the 2020 Carolina District Winter Meeting in Greenville SC to Jo Ann Ostrander and Alice Greene

Congratulations to the President of the Cleveland Lincoln Rose Society - Jo Ann Ostrander - who was presented the Outstanding Consulting Rosarian Award from the Carolina District for 2020. Jo Ann was very surprised and honored to receive this award.

ANNUAL SPRING CLEANUP at JONAS LIBRARY in LINCOLNTON, NC

The Cleveland / Lincoln County Rose Society maintains the Rose Garden and the Jonas Library in Lincolnton. Every year in March, members of the society meet to clean up, prune, fertilize and do whatever needs to be done to prepare the Rose Garden for the coming season. Visitors are welcome to participate, ask questions, and learn. Next time you are at the library, take a few minutes to "smell the roses".
